1. Booking Confirmation
All bookings at Beauty by Shell are subject to review and confirmation. Your appointment is only secured once you receive confirmation from Shell.
A fixed booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This fee will be communicated to you during the booking process.
2. Payment Terms
Payment for services is due at the end of your appointment.
We accept cash, card, and bank transfer.
All payments for services and treatments are non-refundable. However, your satisfaction means everything to us. If you're not completely happy with a service, we're more than happy to offer you an alternative treatment of equal value to ensure you leave feeling your best.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of your booking fee and could affect your ability to book future appointments.
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.
4. Consultation Requirements
Certain treatments require a consultation form to be completed before your appointment.
For aesthetics and skincare treatments, patch tests may be required at least 48 hours before your appointment.
It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or medications that may affect your treatment.
5. Client Responsibilities
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time.
Please inform us of any changes to your health, medications, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
We maintain a clean and professional environment and ask that you respect our workspace and other clients.
6. Health and Safety
We follow strict hygiene and safety protocols for all treatments.
If you are feeling unwell or have any contagious conditions, please reschedule your appointment.
We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe a treatment may not be suitable or safe for you.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Your personal information is used solely for booking purposes and managing your appointments.
We will never share your information with third parties without your consent.
You have the right to request access to or deletion of your personal data at any time.
8. Liability
While we take every care to ensure your safety and satisfaction, clients undertake treatments at their own risk.
We are not responsible for any adverse reactions that occur despite following proper procedures and obtaining necessary information from you.
